Data Deletion Request

You can delete your EYE NETWORK account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

1. From inside the app

1. Open Fixli or Fixli Provider.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Choose Delete Account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. You are signed out, the account cannot be recovered, and signing up again creates a brand new account.

2. By email

If you can no longer sign in — for example you have uninstalled the app or lost access to your phone number — email hello@fixli.me from the address on your account, with the subject Account deletion request. Tell us the phone number or email you registered with.

We verify that the request comes from the account holder and then delete the account. Expect this to be completed within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account erases the account record itself, not just its contents. For a customer that means:

• Your profile: name, email address, phone number, profile photo
• Your saved addresses
• Your password and any linked Google or Apple sign-in
• Your push notification tokens, so we can no longer reach your device
• Your entire booking history, including past and completed bookings
• Your payment records held by us — amounts, dates, statuses and processor references

For a provider, we additionally delete your service listings, your uploaded verification documents, and your pending bookings. Any handymen linked to your account are unlinked rather than deleted, since they hold their own accounts.

What we cannot delete

• Records held by our payment processors. Card and payout transactions live in the processor's systems under their own retention rules and their own privacy policy. We have no ability to erase them on your behalf; contact the processor directly if you need that.
• Routine server logs and backups, which age out on their own cycle and are not used to identify or contact you.
